When I say Lancaster has some hidden gems, Conestoga House and Gardens is definitely one of them. Tucked away with its historic estate, winding gardens, and little secret spots around every corner, this venue is basically a fairytale backdrop waiting for a love story.

For Merenda and Danny, it was the perfect blank slate. What I love about this venue is that couples can really make it their own, and that’s exactly what they did. Their ceremony was held beneath the trees — simple, intentional floral accents framed the space while letting nature take center stage. It was elegant, romantic, and completely “them.”

And can we talk about the dress?! Merenda’s gown was dreamy perfection — soft textures, romantic details, and just the right amount of drama to match the garden-inspired setting. Danny’s reaction when he saw her walking down the aisle? Let’s just say there wasn’t a dry eye in sight (cue all the tissues).

The rest of the day felt like stepping into a storybook. From portraits tucked into garden pathways to moments on the estate’s historic steps, every backdrop felt picture-perfect. What stood out the most, though, was how they infused the space with their own style while still letting the beauty of the venue shine through.
